Registration and Proposal Requirements

Registration forms should be sent to the Organizing Committee by October 10, 2017. Complete the registration form online on the conference site.

The registration form includes the first and the last names (the patronymic, if applicable), affiliation, position, the telephone number and the email address.

The proposer chooses the section for which he/she submits their research. The paper title and the abstract (up to 500 characters) must be given in Russian and English.

The proposer also submits the paper summary (up to 3,000 – 3,500 characters) in the language of the paper. The paper summary must be submitted as .doc or .pdf. The title should be formatted in the following way: "Ivanov I.I._summary".

The submissions will be reviewed along the following criteria: topicality, the purpose, tasks, research methodology, findings and conclusions.

The submissions will be reviewed by independent experts. The Programme Committee will make the decision on which papers to accept by October 20, 2017.
