Dr. Elena Solovova, Head of the School of Foreign Languages, walks on stage and welcomes the audience. Ekaterina Kolesnikova, academic supervisor of Bachelor's programme, tells the audience about the new tradition: the exchange of positivity.
Everyone will be able to share the joyful events, moments in their life with others placing the information on the board next to the School Office (the first positive thing to be put on the board was information on “Novemberfest”).
Then, as in a journey around the world: energetic dancing and Spanish music performed both by the students and teachers.(i.e. Anastasia Milovanova performed a passionate “Dance of the Heart”).
Song of the gondolier made everybody laugh, Japanese fairy tale, German lantern procession in honor of St. Martin, the lesson in a Chinese school and a fun word game in a Chinese restaurant, a French folk song (and in addition – delicious croissants), cooking recipes from different countries (one could take an exam on gazpacho!)...Graduate students and senior students performed a lot of their favorite song. It is great that there are so many talented, active, and cheerful students!
